Interviewed with HR then hiring manager. Hiring manager was on video. Odd interview as we didn't cover any of my actual experience but wanted me to talk more about what I'd change in the insurance industry - specifically around renters and car insurance. Felt less like an interview and more like they were looking for new ideas.
