Phone interview twice, two in person interviews. This was a terrible process and the HR team really needs to reevaluate its process and how it treats candidates. They are extremely vague, no time lines and drag on the process.

7 Interviews insgesamt, welche alle sehr kurzfristig aufgesetzt worden sind haben bei mir einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Vorbereitung fuer die finallen Runden waren sehr aufwendig. Ich versteh, dass Kandidaten in Schluesselpositionen stark geprueft werden, aber nach 7 Runden bis zu 1.5h lange Interviews sollte irgendwann auch mal entschieden werden und die Zeit des Kandidaten in Betracht gezogen werden.
