HR guy asked me to have a phone call on Linkedin in Sep, then I talked with HR in English on the phone.
About 2 weeks later, I moved forward to the next interview with the team manager in Japanese for 45 minutes in Oct.
He was very soft and nice, but after this interview, they have been ghosting until now (more than 2 months).
They should send something back about rejection, even if it's just an automated reply.
