Very low key and focused on their company. The interviewer was looking to hire for a time too far in the future for it to be applicable. Overall interesting company and a friendly interview. Good to go with a specific position in mind and be pro-active in pursuing a position.

Interview
About one month from application to initial contact. Interview was not scheduled until another 2-3 weeks. Interviewed with two people separately: one level above, one at similar level. Received tour of facility and then proceeded to details of position and organization structure. Discussed past experiences with technologies currently in use at employer. Latter part of interview focused on behavioral questions.
