I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at LetsGetChecked (Madrid) in Dec 2019
Interview
Long process, it took around 3 months almost, first a brief questions about JavaScript, later a long project based on build a blog with very concrete specifications (they won't accept that you improve on this). The next part was even harder, two tech asking you questions about, step by step, how a website is built and other related questions around 1 hour.
All to not provide you any economic help on travel nor relocation package. Finally I found there that company's times are longer than Ireland's legal 34 hours per week, they didn't tell me nothing about this until I was there, they wanted me to work more than legally available.
Also some techs are just too egocentric, they believe they always know what's best and they don't want any feedback from you. It was a total waste of money and time, I won't recommend this company to any software developer.
They told me that find Frontend developers was hard for them. Of course! You need to take care of them first, specially if you're searching for someone from other country to save money.
