First stage was a long phone call followed by a badly arranged on site interview. Both were dominated by HR talking at length about the company, their background, future plans, how great the team is. Very little substance to the interview itself, few technical or behavioural questions. Afterwards, no follow up. Seems a good company who do good work but as employers seem like time wasters with notions.
