Everything was going great until after the final interview. I had to go through several rounds of interviews and the last one they sent me an interview time then changed the time so I had two interviews on my calendar and the recruiter didn't clarify so I had to follow up with him. Once that was clarified they heavily insinuated that the interview times were to be preferably early to accommodate the Europe time zones. I took the last interview with two ladies in Europe at 6:30 am PST time and it sounded like it went okay and they said recruiter would follow up no later than a couple days. Well I didn't hear from them for two weeks and by this time they had already reposted the position on LinkedIn. I had actually gotten a fantastic opportunity elsewhere around this time so I had moved on but it goes to show that their interview process and company do not treat or take their candidates seriously... especially for an HR position. It was eye opening and honestly I dodged a bullet working for them. I read other reviews about how the company micromanages from Europe and yes...that seems true from my interview experience. I hope they learn how to treat candidates better and the people working in their company.
