The interview process was daunting and time consuming. After the first video interview, no one reached back out to me with any feedback for weeks. When they did finally reach out again, they did apologize for the delay and scheduled me for another panel style interview with 3 others on the team. Once this interview was complete.....crickets. Again, no feedback and no mention of status on my application. I waited a couple more weeks and decided to reach out by email requesting an update or any feedback and received no response. Both interviews took over an hour each of my time and I had to put in a lot of effort to schedule around the second interview time they requested. When an applicant takes hours out of their day to sit and interview, answering the same questions over and over, the least the prospective employer can do is provide feedback. This could be as simple as "Sorry, we've decided not to move forward with your application". To completely ignore emails or ghost a candidate is unprofessional and inexcusable. Based on Level 3's lack of regard or respect for other peoples time, I'd say I dodged a bullet by not moving forward with the process. My suggestion to Level 3 would be to better communicate with prospective applicants, treat them as you would treat a high value customer. Treat them with the same respect they've given you. Do better.
