LevelUp Event Manager interview questions

Only got as far as a phone interview. Everything seemed very positive until near the end. I said something that hinted at the fact that job stability is important to me and things went south. I know that most people at this company are in their 20s, but shouldn't young people still also be allowed to want a stable job? (I never implied that it was not a stable company.)
