I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LevelUp in May 2010
Interview
Conference call with the COO, was asked a series of questions with increasing difficulty. It was a good experience at the end of the day, learned lots about the company. Also, any company who has there COO do phone interviews is committed to the interview process and appreciates its staff

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LevelUp (Cambridge, MA) in Sep 2011
Interview
I was invited to attend an open house after having a brief conversation with an HR executive. This particular open house was not geared towards the position I was interested in. In addition, "the party" started an hour later then I was told. There were around 30 potential employees, and around 20 current SVCNGR staffers. The difference in numbers made the evening rather laborious.
I love their Level Up product, but was very disappointed in their hiring process. It didn't seem to be a good use of time for anyone involved.
