LevelUp Software Engineer interview questions

The initial call went great with the recruiter and he told me that I would hear back from him in the next day or 2. He was going to schedule an interview with a developer on the team. After not hearing back for over a week, I wrote to him and he said they were going to send a coding exercise. So the interview with the other developer did not happen. He eventually sent the coding exercise after a week. I sent it back within 2 days, and 5 days later I checked in and he told me that he has not received it yet. The exercise was poorly written and not clear.
