Takes a couple of days until they reach out to set up phone screening with Pierce (who is amazing). The phone screening is simple and pleasant, pretty basic questions about your approach to the role (just to see if your personality is a fit). If they want to bring you in to the office for an in person interview: you meet with three different managers and they evaluate if you're a fit and do a mock call with you. Everyone is super passionate and helpful. I've never been through such a transparent and pleasant interview process. They called me before I could get to my car (leaving the in office interview) to offer me the position. They've thought of everything and it really makes you feel a sense of belonging.
