After I sent in my resume and cover letter, the recruiter (Stan) contacted me within a day. We set up an intro Zoom call and I was impressed by the efficiency and clarity of Stan's questions. After that call, Stan provided me with his mobile so I could text him any questions. We then set up an intro call to the team leaders who asked engaging and relevant questions. That call lasted approx 60 minutes and I left feeling very positive. The last step was a mock demo to demonstrate my selling ability - Stan made sure to answer any of my questions beforehand and alleviated all stress. Levelset was on my shortlist, however I accepted a different position the day before my mock demo. Overall I was impressed by the process and encouraged by the team members I spoke with!
