It was one on one with one manager, then another manager interviewed me right after. They asked general interview questions, mostly to see if my personality matched. Pretty simple and straightforward. Just had to be confident in my answers.
Group interview with questions about customer service and style. Taking turns to respond whenever you want, with one interviewer in person. Lots of time spent explaining basic job duties and how important customer interaction is.

The interview was conducted in the back of the store before store opening. It was a group interview with three total candidates. The interviewer would ask a series of questions and we would all take turns offering our response.
