Interview process was easy. We meet at Starbucks and had a cause conversation about the position and my past work experiences. During the interview I was introduced to all of the managers and associates that I ended up working with. I felt very comfortable and I wasn't nervous at all.

After completing online form and submitting resume, I was contacted by hiring manger and soon after, Hiring Recruiter. We coordinated and scheduled a time to interview over the phone (the recruiter asked me to pick days/time during the chosen week). The phone interview was scheduled 2 weeks from the initial correspondence. We then interviewed on the phone; lasting about 45 minutes. The entire process was about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks.

Give an example of a time that you had to talk someone into seeing your point of view, other than a manager or supervisor.
Phone interview followed up by in person. I did receive a follow up call to let me know they'd gone with another candidate. All exchanges were very pleasant. Interviewer seemed eager to entertain all of the questions that I had.
