Interview
Group interview with very standard questions. Interviewing manager was great but has since moved up to corporate. He was truly a gem! Current hiring managers are also great, dont have a lot to say considering I never interviewed with them. Charisma and availibility are 2 of the main things they look for in my experience.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired
Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
