Hiring process was lengthy. HR questions were standardized type, felt as though I repeated myself a lot with them. Interview had good questions and discussion but felt like nothing I said was heard in the end. Declined the offer due to compensation. First offer was below current salary, second below current salary and third was matching. I have experience so this was not a new graduate negotiation. No compensation for additional work such as call, that was “built in”. Did offer RVU bonus but no one knew that was bonus structure looked like to give a good inclination as to what compensation would be. Declined due to the lack of compensation, what seemed to be distraction from the hiring process and disconnect between HR and the practice.
