Liberty reached out to me after I applied for a job on Indeed. I had a couple phone calls leading up to an in-person interview. After the interview it was clear I was going to receive an offer, but that took a few weeks. The position I applied for was a bit different than the one I ended up getting hired for, making the process a little clunky. Overall, this was a good experience despite what was clearly quite a bit of bureaucracy, though I imagine most of that was due to the fact that there are more hoops for a non-profit to jump through when hiring than a for-profit company.
