Liberty Mutual Insurance Auto Claims Customer Representative interview questions

I applied for the position on 3/3/2021. On 3/14/2021 I was sent an email to conduct a recorded video interview. In my opinion, I hate recorded interviews. They are so impersonal. I prefer speaking with a recruiter and having a conversation about the role and my experience as it relates to the role. On 3/25/2021 I was sent an email explaining that I would be moving on to the live video interview. A separate email was sent with the dates and times they interview. Again, I would have much rather spoke with someone to schedule instead of emailing back and fourth. I had a Microsoft teams interview with two team managers on 4/1/2021 which I thought went well. I answered all the STAR questions in the correct format and felt they were really interested in me. I have claims experience as an assistant but the job description states no experience is required. At the end of the interview they let me know I would hear something soon. Today, 4/2/2021, I received an email from the recruiter letting me know they would not be moving forward with me. I recommend they move away from the STAR interviewing method. Have more questions geared towards experience as it relates to the role. STAR interviewing doesn’t give a realistic overview of how someone would fit into a role. I worked with claimants a lot, more than the actual adjusters because they never answered their phones. With my experience, drive, and passion for the claims industry, I feel I would have been a perfect fit.
