Attended an college career fair at my university on Feb 18th 2016 The lady seemed really nice and she told me to fill out the online application for the Claims Development program. Took the online assessment and completed the application online. The same lady called me back for an phone interview. Then she passed my info to the hiring team in Richardson Texas. I was set to meet the hiring team in Richardson Texas March 16th 2016. Went to the interview early in the morning at 8am. Sat will one lady to asked me a bunch of STAR questions. We talked for about an hour then she let me shadow a current employee. He was nice and had good things to say about the company. Then met with two other ladies. The interview with these two ladies seem too short and lasted about 30mins. I walked out feeling okay about the interview. A week later march 22nd 2016 got a call from the recruiter saying they wished to pursue other candidates. I was disappointed but I knew I could have improved my scenarios that I answered at the interviews. Overall it was a good experience, and I learned from it. I am not done exploring jobs and won't give up! Thank you liberty mutual for giving me this experience.
