I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
The application process took about an hour, split between the application and assessment. Got contacted a few days later to set up an in person interview. Interviewed with a panel of 3 managers in the first interview and they had me start with my background. Then went into STAR questions for about an hour. At the end they described the job and benefits. Next, I shadowed an employee for an hour, which was great because I got to get my feet wet and see what the daily tasks were like. This all took a little over 2 hours. Two weeks later, I got an email for a final round phone interview. This took place the following week with 2 managers. Interview lasted about 30 minutes and consisted of more STAR questions. 2 days later I got called with an offer.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance
Interview
The interview process went really well. Started with a phone screen, and then an in person interview. Lasted an hour or so. Was asked several questions based on resume and the other was based on behavioral questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA)
Interview
Fairly easy interview process, first phone interview with recruiter then a interview with two in person interviewers mostly behavioral questions then i sat in with a disability case manager that worked there and they gave me the low down on the job and how to do it and then the interview with hire up manager
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
I got an email to set up a phone interview, was then moved to the next stage the same day for an on-site interview the following week with the two hiring managers. The next week I got another email to have a 2nd level interview over the phone with the department managers. How the process took entirely too long to make and decision. Lack of communication after the 3rd interview. Each interview asked majority of the same questions... (Behavioral based)
