I met with a recruiter during a career fair and a few days later they got in touch with me. I had about 4 phone interviews with four different people for the summer internship position. I was being interviewed for IT at first but then they switched me around during the process, and I ended up being interviewed for their HR group. The interviewers were very friendly.

They have 2 rounds of interview. First one is more to get to know you. Second is to know more about your technical skills. I just recently got done with the first round, waiting for a follow up.

was very straight forward. Did not ask very many programming questions and asked a lot of behavioral questions. Told them about projects and accomplishments. They allow you to choose what area you want to get into once you get accepted.
