The first interview was on campus. This was a one on one behavioral. After a couple of weeks, they invited me to the 2nd round in Seattle. This round consisted 2 panel interviews. The panel was only 2 people. One interview was a behavioral and the other was a case interview. The case was not hard at all. You just need to be decent at math.

I first had a phone screen with a recruiter and was later invited to an on-site interview in Seattle (mid October). On-site, we had a breakfast and introduction with the interviewees and current/past participants of the program. There was two rounds of interviews, one being a case study and the other more behavioral. After there was a 30 min. job shadow. I really enjoyed the experience and everyone was incredibly nice.
