Interview
Behavioral interview that was very relaxed, asked the general questions. A short online assessment of basic reasoning and math skills. A talk with some senior developers regarding project experience, school work and some more behavioral questions. Then another talk with the manager of the team interested in hiring, with questions about working in groups, interests of projects and questions about the resume items like projects. Interviews were done by phone and through online video chat Microsoft Lync.
