The phone interview went very well. The person that interviewed me was smart, articulate, and friendly. From start to finish approximately 3o minutes. She reassured me that it is a wonderful company to work for. She explained the position thoroughly that I had no other questions to ask her about. She asked three behavior questions that were quite similar in nature which made it all the more challenging to answer. But, I feel I did well. Of course, now I wished I had taken more time to prepare. Come to the table with 3 different answers/situations that you've experienced.
