Phone screen with head hunter, phone interview with hiring manager, 2+ months of feedback from head hunter that I was a top candidate. I gave up and accepted a similar role at another company. 3 months after my initial contact, I've yet to receive any feedback about the status of my application.

The interview process overall was a hot mess. First they sent me to the wrong building, people were 20 minutes late to a 30 minute interview, and there were technical issues using phones. Overall it was embarrassing and far less professional than I expected. I left feeling that if this is how they do things it isn't some place you want to work. The only follow up I ever received was that they were going to wait and evaluate several more candidates.
