I got called while I was at the gym, lady told me about interviews coming up tomorrow and that I was scheduled to come, told to bring my resume and look professional. When I got there I came into a room with about fifteen other people, we filled out a form and then we were called in one by one by one of the upper agents. From there we were told to tell about ourselves, to weed out whether or not we were people persons. A few people left but afterwards I was placed in a big room with a few more people who did not seem as personable (or maybe they were just nervous). We had to complete a personality assessment as they were giving a presentation about the company and how much you could make should you make 3 sales a week. But it became a little unclear what you were making should you not make any sales ($0, it’s commission). Also they require you to pay for your own license which is $100 ish bucks.
They didn’t take any questions after, which struck me as odd. The lady at the front desk and the Proctor were nice ! But one of the guys was dismissive toward his secretary (which is something I’m very much not for)
I’m waiting to hear if I got to the final interview.
Honestly though? While it sounds nice up front, I think you have to be ready to not make some money in order for it to pay off for you, and right now I’m tryin to pay bills so.
Maybe another time.
