Applied online and it took several weeks for my application to be reviewed. From there, I received a phone call from the recruiter for a brief unscheduled screening. I was asked why I’m looking, what area do I reside in, and then I was told that they don’t consider candidates from the area I live in. Moments later I received a disposition letter. Someone needs to teach their recruiting team it’s not ethical to discriminate against someone based on the area that the live.
