Interview
The interview process was okay. I spoke with a recruiter and went over my resume, then was scheduled for a face to face. I interviewed with 2 managers, the normal behavioral questions. I got a call 30 mins later that I got the job.
Easy video interview with two supervisors. Asked standard customer service questions using STAR method. They were both asking questions and also offered more details about the role. They were both polite and seemed easy to get along.

Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer.
They use the STAR method, I'd have some scenarios ready. It was a panel interview but it was not bad, just prepare a bit. Dress business casual to casual. I'd bring a copy of your resume as well.
