What feedback did you get from your last interview and what have you done in response to that feedback to prepare yourself?
I had two interviews and never heard back from them. It was rather awkward and the questions jumped around from hypothetical scenarios to specifics about the corporate structure. The interviewer did not seem terribly interested in my background or skills but rather how I would handle situations and work with others.
