I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Liberty Lake, WA)
Interview
I initially had to complete an assessment online on different call scenarios as well as a standard personality assessment. The call scenarios were pretty easy if you have a call center background. After about a week I received a call for an over the phone interview with the talent recruiter. I was asked fairly basic questions: Describe a scenario where you dealt with an upset customer, what interests you about our company, etc. At the end of this call I was told that I would receive a request for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and there would also be a second interview afterwards with a different manager. This was scheduled approximately a week after the phone interview. Both managers that I met were fantastic. The interview questions are the normal behavioral based scenarios. I also sat with a current employee to get an idea of the call types I would possibly receive. At the end of the interview I was told that I would hear back from the talent acquisition team. All in all, the process took about a month.

I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Texas City, TX)
Interview
It was done by a third party overseas, screening interview. It was horrible. I have many times with Liberty Mutual they will never interview me besides the 3rd party interviewer whom they do not take seriously. They discriminate against age since I know I have more than enough experience to work for LM
