Interview
Process took about 2 weeks. I had to complete some assessments after I applied, those took about an hour to complete. I was then scheduled for a phone interview, the lady that interviewed me was really friendly and she made the interview super easy, she asked 3 behavioral questions and then scheduled an in-Person interview. That consisted of two 20 mins interviews with 2 managers, very easy going, behavioral questions, really friendly.I shadowed someone for 15 mins after the interviews and was told I should hear from them In a week, received an offer two days later. Just waiting on the background check and credit check, credit isn't very good so I don't know if I'll get a final offer, I'll update when I hear from them. Company and managers seem really great to work for, so I'm hoping for the best

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Plano, TX) in Aug 2023
Interview
Applied, assessment, over the phone interview with the recruiter. He asks 10-15 questions like you’re applying for citizenship. You go over all the details on the email that he sent out the an hour before interview, you go over pay, benefits, day to day, about an hour interview worst waste of time. They also put remote position online, however, then he tells you how the Company is going hybrid instead of remote, which is why I applied.

Tell me about yourself? Why should we hire you? Why I wanted to leave my job. Ezekiel was quite elaborate. However, he asked too many questions I felt like I was interviewing for president of the U.S. or for the House of Representatives.
