Interview process was 6 interviews long. The first being a phone interview, the next 3-4 interviews being with the branch manager, and the final interview being with the area manager and often requiring a commute to his/her office location. In my case, I had to drive 3 hours to Nashville, from Memphis, TN for my final interview, and even though I knew I pretty much had the position, it was still very intimidating. The area manager reviews the pros and cons of your assessment personality test results, and then asks you to pick an object in his office and sell it to him on the spot. All interviews were very formal and primarily consisted of situational questions.
However, from the very beginning, If you don't pass the assessment test given during the application process, don't expect to get an interview. The assessment test was EXTREMELY difficult considering it was for a job. I had just graduated with an International business degree, and still struggled on the mathematic portion of the test.
