Liberty Mutual Insurance Remote Inside Sales Representitive interview questions

The recruiter who called me- Kristaline or something, sounded absolutely clueless. I'm not sure if it was her first day on the job, or if she's just unprofessional, but she didn't sound like someone who should be conducting interviews or recruiting, she sounded more nervous than I was to be interviewed, and I feel like I carried most conversation and she sounded like she was just sitting there twirling her hair going, "Oh, totally!". It was weird and almost felt satirical, I pretty much knew immediately after the interview when she said "I'll pass this up higher" I was most likely not going to hear anything back and honestly I feel like I dodged a bullet if these are the quality of careless, clueless people they have recruiting/interviewing. I've encountered more professional people at mall kiosks.
