Lidl Graduate Management Development Scheme interview questions

numerical tests online followed by a telephone interview with a recruiter - relatively simple more about yourself and your cv than specifics or about LIDL. next i was invited to an assessment centre which was incredibly nerve racking but actually quite laid back in style. interview with 2 senior members of LIDL staff and two group excercises - be confident throughout and show leadership and teamwork skills. final interview at RDC applied for with regional director and others. terrifying but again they more want to get to know you and what you will get from the job because they can teach you everything else i guess. still waiting to hear back now.
