short Phone Screen with recruiter , Skype interview with manager, presentation/panel interview a couple weeks later, presentation on local grocery market. Interviewers did not seem interested in the interview, kept looking out the window while i was talking. Was very obvious they were just interviewing people becasue they had to, and they had already made up their mind.
