I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Lidl (London, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
After application, Telephone interview, SWOT analysis and assessment centre. Then final interview with managers. Relatively easy assessment centre. You need to know their history. The assessment centre involves a group presentation, interview and some simple maths exercise. One needs lots of boldness with the director of sales manager interviews, they will measure you up and see if you really can lead a team. They need lots of examples when you lead, motivate and met targets or KPIS.
