I initially submitted a CV along with a completed application for online and was then requested to interview in Wimbledon. During the interview, I was with 3 other would-be graduates and we had to explain in 90 seconds why we wanted to work at Lidl and why we'd be a good fit. There was then a German competency test, followed by a maths test and a one-on-one interview.
