Great no hassle, straight forward, phone interview was easy! Group interview was the easiest ands I really enjoyed it! I am starting my new job in about a week's time!

How well you know lidl
Why do you want to work for lidl
they introduce themselves and then you have to introduce yourself and tell them about yourself and they tell you what is the interview process and then they start asking the interview questions.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.
