I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lidl (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Online application - The online application is very long and boring but it's essential that you do it paying attention because if you answer too many wrong questions, you will not pass to the next stage.
Phone call - The phone call is very easy and quick, all they want to know is about you and what do you do. (So basically they want to know your CV and your availability)
Personal interview - This is the last stage and is very easy, at least it was for me as I get along with people very well. All you have to do at this stage is be yourself.
they introduce themselves and then you have to introduce yourself and tell them about yourself and they tell you what is the interview process and then they start asking the interview questions.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lidl (London, England) in Jul 2026
Interview
Scripted questions that were very simple if you have had any sort of retail/ service experience so nothing too outlandish. Would suggest to come prepared with some basic knowledge of retail before hand is you are unfamiliar.
