There were three different parts to my interview process. 1. Phone Interview 2. In-person interview with the Regional Administrative employee and another person. 3. In-person interview with the Regional Administrative employee and the Director of Administration, and after the interview I was required to do an Excel test, with basic and advanced tasks.
