I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl in Mar 2017
Interview
I had 3 people in the interview 2 women who looked like they were from hr and recruitment. Then a guy who looked like a warehouse manager maybe? Asked me to tell them abit about myself which I replied personal or more job history. He replied with a shrug.... so I went through my history. He asked how many people worked at my current job. Asked if heavy lifting was an issue I said no as I do it dayly. No senario questions very much in and out. Generally felt very slap dash interview like they were just winging it.
Professional, put at ease, efficient. Was seen relatively quickly and the interviews where nice, didn't try to intimidate just straight forward and friendly. Responded back with a result quickly aswell which was appreciated
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lidl (Doncaster, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
All very quick and straightforward. Called for a face to face interview 2 days after applying, got accepted the day after the interview by email. Interview lasted 30 minutes, very friendly staff, made me feel confident.
