Phone interview, then face to face with two people in a group exercise, you then have to make notes about the store your in. Notes to be about store standards, how you can improve on them , what you can do to make more profit, what will affect trade in store.

The interview process was professional and well structured, with clear communication throughout. The interviewer explained the role, responsibilities, and expectations. Questions were relevant and focused. Overall, the discussion was respectful and informative, providing a clear understanding of the position and the company’s working environment.
Fairly straightforward interview. They only asked my five questions, around my personality in working environment and previous experience. I didn't have retail experience but worked in cafe which was similar enough.
