Applied Online to Company website. Received a phone call requesting to do a phone Interview. Received a second call 7-10 later inviting to an in-person Interview. The Interview was with 2 Warehouse Team Leaders. Interview was about 30 minutes. Now will wait for hopefully a follow-up from the Company with 7-10 days. Felt the Interview went well.

Got the message to schedule the interview for the distribution center, went online scheduled the interview Took off of work for the day, and made the drive out to be told at the gate 10 minutes prior to my interview time that I (and the 4 other people standing there) had been rejected end of the interview.

First face to face interview getting to know you as a person. Asked a lot of scenario questions which are scored.
Then had a little tour of the warehouse, met some of the staff.
Second face to face interview was meeting with another manager who assesses your suitability for commitment, hours you can work. Also assessing attitude.
