I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Arlington, VA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter, on site interview with manager, final presentation on site with hiring manager. I was disappointed to make it to final round (last of two candidates) and to receive a standard email from Lidl stating they offered to other person. When you prepare a presentation, I think there should be a phone call to let you know you didn't get the job, and, if possible, some feedback as to why. Made me wonder whether I'd want to work for a company like that..
Pretty easy, structured questions that gets information like scenarios, past experience and previous situations in certain areas. Takes about 10 minutes. Usually manager asking questions and another person taking notes
