They were fairly desperate at the time to hire people, so the process was possibly more rushed than usual. Applied online, got interviewed a few days later, got an offer a few hours later. Overall very professional, well organised interview with the store manager and another manager.
It was a conversation with the manager. He asked me about my experience, where I thought I’d be in 5 years, why I wanted to work there, and similar type interview questions.
Overall, it was a basic interview process. They asked about experience and why someone would be a good fit for the role. Just have some well-thought-out answers to common interview questions beforehand, and you should be fine.
