We moesten 2 gesprekken voeren, een met iemand van HR en een met iemand van verkoop. Je moet een motivatiebrief, CV en filmpje van jezelf insturen Cognitieve testen Presentatie voorstellen
Overall ok process. The HR team is disjointed and unresponsive, but the leadership positions hiring are knowledgeable. I feel like I understood the role and was interested in learning more.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Applied for the role and then was invited to do the video portion of seven questions. And that’s were it ended... no follow up ... no response to email... nothing.... I certainly understand that they may have had a candidate already in the pipeline or an internal but who would know since there was no follow up or response to email? Be kind Human resource teams, reach out even if to let you down or decline the next steps but do the common decent thing and communicate.
