3 stage interview process. Phone call with recruiter 2 virtual interviews with the team. Interview timing was as expected. Once we got to the final interview I was given a tome frame of about 5 business days before I would hear the outcome. 2 weeks later and no communication other than when I reached out. Rejected for the job. Left in the dark waiting with no update in the meantime.
