I had an interview for the Assistant Store Manager position, but they hadn't read my CV or checked which role I applied for. This lack of respect and professionalism was evident. During the interview, they kept their phones on, which rang every two minutes with store requests. As someone who has interviewed many people over the years, I always gave my full attention and respect. HR is a serious profession; if you don't train your store managers on how to conduct interviews properly, use an agency. They are definitely more professional. Despite my experience as a Store Manager in a multinational company in the restaurant industry, they offered me a part-time sales associate position, which I declined.

Very friendly environment and helpful employees. They made me feel very welcome and they were open to talk about all the details of the job. Even if I didn't get hired in the end, the process was very pleasant and I would re-apply given the opportunity.
