Interview
Very relaxed and easy interview.
I originally went through the store manager who asked very easy questions and honestly didn't seem to care much about my answers.
Then since I was going to be a keyholder I had to have an interview with the DM. Mine was over the phone, but some are in person.
He asked very similar questions and that was more like a conversation than anything. Basically the same questions are the first interview, but he asked follow up questions and seemed to care more.
Most stores ask the same questions that they've basically been told to ask, but various managers will add their own as well.

Interview
Using the now retired online AI to submit my resume and schedule an interview. I then reported to the interview only to have the manager not be aware he was interviewing someone. He had no questions prepared and asked questions on the spot. He did not take notes. He offered me a job on the spot and then had me interview over video call with the District Manager who got back to me 3 days later and was late for the video call.
Easy basic interview questions about your experience in retail or in general. I was the Offered job on the spot. Make sure you have some sort of retail experience and experience with customers.
